PREPOQUEST
Privacy policy
Updated September 22, 2026
This policy explains how the ThinksView team handles information for the PrepoQuest app, this website, and support email — each in its own section.
1. The app: what may be collected
If you create an account, the app may store a username, email address for recovery, language preferences, and device identifiers. It also records learning data such as lesson progress, quiz scores, achievements, and time spent, so your progress and rewards work correctly. If you use the app without an account, less information is involved.
2. How the app uses information
Information is used to run the app, save your progress, personalize practice, fix crashes, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. Analytics, where used, serve to improve lessons and performance — not to build advertising profiles.
3. Sharing: what never happens
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. It is shared only with your consent, with trusted service providers that operate the app, when required by law, or in a business transfer. Children's information is never shared for marketing.
4. Security, retention, and your rights
Data is protected with encryption in transit and appropriate access controls, and kept only as long as needed for the service or the law requires. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, including account deletion, at any time through the support email below.
5. Children's privacy
PrepoQuest is educational and contains no advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents may contact us to review, modify, or delete a child's information.
6. This website and support email
This website requires no account: practice answers stay in your browser session and are never sent to us, and we add no advertising or analytics trackers. Pages are hosted on Cloudflare. If you email us, we use your message only to reply. Cloudflare's privacy policy
