These terms are the agreement between you and the ThinksView team for using PrepoQuest. By using the app or website, you agree to them.
1. The service
PrepoQuest is an educational product for learning English prepositions: interactive lessons and quizzes, kingdom-based progression, daily challenges, achievements, multi-language support, and offline learning in the app. The website's learning library is free to read without an account.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
If you register, provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not abuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no copying or reverse-engineering the app, and no harmful code.
3. Intellectual property
PrepoQuest, its lessons, questions, design, and trademarks belong to the ThinksView team and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for learning — not for resale, modification, or removing copyright notices.
4. Paid download
PrepoQuest is a paid download on the App Store and Google Play. The price is shown in the store listing before you purchase, and refunds follow the store's policy.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PrepoQuest.
6. Changes, termination, and contact
We may update the app and these terms; significant changes will be announced with an updated date, and continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Contact us with any questions.
